Chicken wings dry and warm, did not enjoy, had to reheat donner as cold, waited 1.5 hrs for delivery and had to call to chase up. Will not order again

Order from here 2/3 times a week. Today is the first time ever it has been awful. Dinner was like rubber, burger burnt and also forgot my drink. Won’t be complaining but won’t be ordering again unfortunately. £60-£70 a week they have lost because of this.
